Here's a bottom-line: if you want to limit the number of potential distractions that you have to deal with on a daily basis that I highly recommend that you give yourself a strict daily schedule follow. In the absence of a strict daily schedule, I would alternative we recommend that you try to limit the number of distractions that you will be confronted with as you try to get things done.
